If you have placed an order on a Trabiss Machines website/webshop, as a consumer, you have the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. We call this the right of withdrawal. During this period, you may evaluate the product as you would in a store, unless otherwise indicated.
This provision applies only to consumers and not to companies or business-related purchases. We do not accept returns for business-related purchases unless you have a warranty claim or have received permission to return an item.
Revocation must be done through an unambiguous statement. You can revoke both in writing and orally. Written revocation (such as via email) is preferred, as it is up to you to prove that you have properly and timely exercised your right of withdrawal.

After indicating that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, we will make arrangements with you regarding the return process.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day:
- On which the item came into your possession
- In the case of multiple items in one order, delivered separately: on which you received the last item
- In the case of an item consisting of multiple parts: on which you received the last part
You can only return the item if:
- The item is complete
- In its original condition and factory packaging
Note: For any decrease in value resulting from damage to the item, its use, missing parts, or other use other than in a store, we may hold you liable and charge any costs.
Please be aware that high-voltage power supplies and other customized items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Warranty
By making a purchase at Trabiss Machines via phone, internet, or any other means, you agree to our general online store terms and conditions.
Trabiss Machines will only honor warranties set out in this written document. No other warranties apply, explicit or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are valid or honored.
Trabiss Machines products are supplied with a 1-year warranty and guaranteed free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship. If the product proves to be defective, Trabiss Machines will replace or repair the product free of charge within 1 year from the date of the original purchase.
